QLH－400 mortar cleaning machine with double cutters is applicable to cleaning mortar of concrete ground floor, texturing of bridge deck and concrete floor. It has advantages of excellent efficiency, low labor intensity, low cost, etc. The equipment solves the problem of cumbersome maintenance.

Maintenance & Repair
● When first in use, 2.5kg gear oil must be injected into gear box. Gear oil should be injected from fuel valve, and stopped injection when the fuel reaches the center of oil lens. Oil change should be done after each 300 hours of operation.
● Check the machine before use. Clean the exposure components and add lubricants when ending use.
● Before each use, the chain should add lubricants, and the gear box oil level should reach the center of oil lens.
● Check whether the motor voltage is normal (rated voltage range of ± 5%), the wiring is solid, switch works well.
● Watering the floor before cleaning.

Attentions:
● The equipment is applicable to various mixed mortar coagulum, 500# texturing of
bridge deck and concrete ground floor.
● Outcrops of concrete and steel above ground 5cm are prohibited.
● Before the operation, operators must hold the handle. No standing in front of the machine.
● Wooden packaging during transportation & shipment. No alloy cutter collision.
● Installing ground wires by professionals. Check the direction of rotation before operation. No reversal!
● Dragging wires should not exceed 150 meters.

Maintenance & Repair
● Before the installation of the axis between the hammer and chain rod, tighten a 8mm steel nut, and fix the chain rod with a hammer.
● After each 300 hours of operation, check transmission and rollers for damage, and add gear oil.
● Add oil when wheels run inflexible.
● Clean brush, rollers, and add gear oil after each 150 hours operation.

Instructions:
1. Check switches for wire aging, leakage, change timely.
2. Check transmission oil for gear lubrication.
3. Check and tighten screw bolts for loose.
4. Keep the machine dry and clean.
5. Install ground wires by professionals.
6. Dragging wires should not exceed 150 meters.
